Senior Manager Total Rewards

The Senior Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for owning the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that are in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and talent philosophy. This role will ensure that the total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and administering compensation policies and processes, conducting market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits, designing and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits laws, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align total rewards programs effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a Master's degree. They should have at least 8 years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company. Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms, and experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys are essential. The candidate should also have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
