Deputy General Manager

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a highly experienced BOP - DGM with 15-20 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry to join our team in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the Balance of Plant (BOP) operations and management for our thermal projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage the Balance of Plant (BOP) operations for thermal projects in Mirzapur. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize BOP processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BOP activities with overall project requirements. - Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of BOP activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of BOP equipment and services. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. - Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for senior management on BOP performance and project milestones. - Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in BOP operations.

Qualifications and Experience
