Deputy General Manager

Purpose/Objective

Adani Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Mechanical for our Thermal Projects division in Pirpainti. The ideal candidate will have 12-20 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry. As a DGM - Mechanical, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing mechanical aspects of thermal projects, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage the mechanical team in the execution of thermal projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project performance and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical engineering principles and best practices. - Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status to senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements to enhance project outcomes.
