Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie - South Indian to join our team at Marriott International The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent cooking skills and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of south Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and dosas.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
