Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie - South Indian with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the head chef in planning menus and preparing food for special events.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in menu costing and inventory management.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
