Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in South Indian cuisine, located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices. Additional tasks include developing new recipes, training junior kitchen staff, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking South Indian cuisine
• Strong culinary skills, including knife techniques and meal presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in recipe development and menu planning
• Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role and formal culinary training is preferred
