We are hiring a Demi Chef De Partie specialising in South Indian cuisine for Fortune Hotel Airport Road, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes, along with strong knowledge of traditional flavours, techniques and ingredients. Responsibilities include maintaining consistent food quality, assisting with menu planning, ensuring hygiene and kitchen safety standards, managing inventory and supporting daily kitchen operations. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess good teamwork and communication skills, and a culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
