The incumbent will be responsible to support in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage a data-driven approach to support and deploy such campaigns across all digital channels, which impact customer acquisition and growth. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the team in planning and executing the marketing campaigns on Google, Meta & other such platforms. This is to achieve collective goals of Sales & Lead Generation.Share trends and observations from the analysis of key performance metrics of the campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure optimal ROAS. Support in designing strategies that would help to achieve the unique needs of the hotels.Collaborate with internal teams, hotels and external agencies to align campaign strategies to ensure deliverables on projects are met.Support in preparing and presenting campaign performance reports, and offering insights and recommendations for future strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and marketplace advertising. Required Skills: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other related digital marketing tools.Understanding of Adobe Analytics & GA.Demonstrated knowledge of programmatic ads.Demonstrated knowledge of Excel. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data-driven marketing techniques.Project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands efficiently.Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred skills/Background:Exposure to digital media buying, media planning, and media optimization.Exposure to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Optimization (LPO). Qualifications: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, planning, and implementing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Display. A Masters or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications from an accredited university is desirable.
