Company Description Established in 1975, ITC Hotels Limited operates over 140 hotels across 90 destinations in the Indian subcontinent. The group offers a diverse range of hotels and resorts under its six brands, each reflecting the unique culture and ethos of its location. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Prayagraj. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent, additional hospitality training is a plus
