Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Prayagraj. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional hospitality training is a plus
