This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Panaji, Goa. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries professionally. Additional tasks include managing complaints, coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, and promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest stay.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in managing reservations, handling front desk operations, and assisting guests during check-in and check-out procedures
Ability to understand and adapt to guest inquiries and provide effective solutions to address complaints
Experience in hospitality services, multitasking, and working effectively in team environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate tasks across departments
Proficiency in hotel management systems, reservation software, and basic computer skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification or applicable training is advantageous
