This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Service Order Taker, based at Ramada by Wyndham, Goa Arpora. Tasks include answering phone calls, handling guest inquiries, processing orders through the point-of-sale system, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Sales and Food & Beverage experience
Training in guest service and hospitality
Ability to operate equipment related to food service
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
