Key Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and guide passengers from arrival to departure.
• Provide support with check-in, security, boarding, baggage, and lounge access.
• Coordinate with airlines, airport staff, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Handle passenger queries, requests, and escalations with professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of courtesy, grooming, and service etiquette.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and airport protocols.
• Assist in VIP, VVIP, and corporate guest handling as required.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on service improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service/hospitality/aviation (freshers may apply).
• Excellent communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi).
• Professional grooming and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
