Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in New Delhi. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Other day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, friendly and professional demeanor, ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
• Administrative and Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing check-in and check-out processes, accurate record-keeping, ability to multitask
• Teamwork and Coordination: Ability to work effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
