Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery & Confectionery with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Sayaji Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery and confectionery cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and presentations for bakery and confectionery dishes.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management for efficient resource use.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery & Confectionery or similar role.
Strong knowledge of bakery and confectionery cooking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and machinery, including ovens, mixers, and refrigerators.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
