About the Company -

About the Role -

Who you are -

Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts at SKU and kitchen level, leveraging historical data, seasonality and business inputs
Partner with Supply Chain & Procurement to ensure material availability and avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Collaborate with Category, Ops and Finance teams to integrate business plans into demand forecasts
Track forecast accuracy, analyze deviations and continuously improve forecasting models
Monitor sales trends, menu performance and promotional impacts on demand
Drive alignment through S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
Create dashboards and reports to enable leadership decision-making

What We’re Looking For -

At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Analytics / Forecasting
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL/Python/Tableau is a plus
Experience in FMCG, QSR, Food Tech, Retail or E-commerce preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally with business, ops and finance teams
Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
