Demand Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Understand assortment and pricing across various categories, ensuring adequate representation of the category. - Collaborate with brands and the Merchant team to address category representation across different cities and pin codes. - Develop and execute business plans and category strategies in coordination with Brand Partners and Cross-Functional Teams. - Take ownership of the end-to-end P&L for the category, including assortment, pricing, Ads revenue, and other income streams. - Coordinate with consumer research, CRM, merchandising, sourcing, and NPD teams to drive overall portfolio growth. - Lead category campaigns to enhance platform growth and promote respective categories.
