Demand Planning Manager

Role Overview: As a Demand Planning Specialist reporting to the Manager Supply Chain India, your primary responsibility will be to drive the demand planning process for the consumer tire business. You will provide analytical and statistical inputs during monthly consensus cross-functional demand meetings to support all planning horizons. Incorporating learnings from sales forecast analysis and focusing on continuous improvement will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop collaborative planning with replacement and OE Key Account Managers, considering various industry, market, and analytical inputs to ensure a robust demand for future months. - Support the business team in enhancing forecasts at both country and distribution center levels. - Coordinate with the business team to identify risks and opportunities associated with demand to achieve a well-balanced plan. - Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the leadership team, ensuring adherence to timelines and fostering informed decision-making with high sales plan stability. - Collaborate with the regional Center of Excellence (COE) team to strengthen and enhance the demand planning process. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Demand Planning. - Background in manufacturing industries such as Tyre, Automobile, FMCG, Electronics, Paints, Oil & Gas, etc. - 10+ years of relevant experience. - Any Graduate qualification, MBA preferred. - Individual Contributor role. - Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.,
