What would you do?

The Regional Digital / Consumer Experience & Trade Executive supports the deployment and monitoring of marketing transformation initiatives within the AME Region, with a focus on digital capability development, consumer experience (CX) reporting, and trade execution excellence. The incumbent plays a pivotal coordination role — consolidating regional plans, ensuring consistent reporting, and supporting the execution of regional projects such as ISF Dashboard, CX Data Tower, and Aurora Accelerating MO Initiatives. This role ensures that markets across the region are aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences through consistent data management, insight generation, and process optimization. The individual will also drive cross-market collaboration, facilitate best-practice sharing, and ensure that regional transformation projects are executed efficiently, with clear communication and visibility to stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Project Management are an advantage Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to regional or global reporting processes
  • Experience with project coordination or transformation initiatives in a multinational environment
  • Understanding of trade marketing, consumer journey mapping, or digital analytics
  • High attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks related to marketing transformation and consumer experience Innovation:
  • Identify areas of improvement in regional reporting and project tracking, proposing simplified and automated solutions where possible
  • Leverage data tools like Power BI to enhance storytelling and insight generation for better decision-making
  • Support continuous development of regional CX and trade transformation capabilities, aligning with global frameworks
  • Champion digital upskilling and promote innovative, data-driven marketing practices within the region Experience Required
  • Experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital Transformation roles within FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven ability to manage data dashboards (Power BI preferred) and produce clear, insight-driven presentations
  • Experience coordinating multi-market projects, consolidating data, and managing cross-functional communication
  • Strong working knowledge of CX, digital tools, and trade execution processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across markets and functions, building trust and alignment in a matrix organization Roles and Responsibilities: Operational
  • Support the consolidation of Regional Capability Cycle Plans and Transformation demands to feed into the AME Regional CX and Trade Process
  • Monitor and track execution of regional projects (e.g. ISF Dashboard, CX Data Tower) across markets, ensuring timely updates and performance tracking
  • Prepare regional reports and dashboards in Power BI and PowerPoint, consolidating key metrics, insights, and progress indicators
  • Support the Accelerating Aurora Project by compiling regional data, identifying opportunities for DRBUs, and ensuring alignment with transformation goals
  • Maintain a regional tracker on breakthrough innovations, connectivity initiatives, and key transformation metrics
  • Facilitate cross-market best practice sharing sessions, coordinating content, documentation, and follow-ups to drive capability building
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data visualization, reporting accuracy, and CX processes through simplification and digitization
  • Act as the regional liaison for information flow between local markets, regional leadership, and global teams to ensure consistent updates and alignment
  • Support internal governance processes through accurate documentation, timely delivery of reports, and coordination of regional milestones Leadership:
  • Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring accountability for deliverables and consistency in execution
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance process efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy
  • Support peer learning and skill-sharing across the regional marketing and transformation community Management:
  • Manage and maintain regional project documentation, trackers, and reporting templates, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Support regional transformation leadership with status updates, summaries, and data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data inputs, timelines, and deliverables are met in line with regional objectives Relationship:
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Regional CX, Trade, and Digital leads across markets to ensure consistent execution
  • Partner with GBS, IDT, and transformation teams to ensure system readiness, data integrity, and adoption of digital tools
  • Maintain open communication with local market teams to gather insights, troubleshoot challenges, and cascade updates
  • Act as a key point of contact for regional project reporting and communication
