Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Provide expert technical direction in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API) and Python-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.).
• Design and review scalable architectures, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and code quality.
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, including Entity Framework and ORM libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure, with added exposure to AWS or GCP platforms.
• Drive the implementation of AI/ML models, APIs, and cloud-native services into enterprise solutions.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, SDLC, and DevOps principles.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks: Angular, React JS, or Vue JS along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Advocate for UI/UX best practices and responsive design across platforms.
  

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end software project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions on time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
  

Team Development

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers across multiple technologies and domains.
• Build a learning culture by introducing modern development practices, AI tools, and coding standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and design personalized growth paths for team members.
• Promote an inclusive and engaging team environment that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of total experience in software development with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or team lead role handling full-cycle project delivery.
• Expertise in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Proven experience with Generative AI models, integrations, and prompt engineering.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and modern software development life cycles.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills.
