Role Summary This is a full-time onsite role for a Delivery Director at Sunoida Solutions in Chennai, India. This role is accountable for the full lifecycle management of Sunoida Vision Banking Software Products—including development, implementation, and support—ensuring seamless service delivery that consistently meets high standards of quality, efficiency, and value for our banking clients. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field Minimum of 20 years of work experience Minimum of 10 years experience in Program Management and Project Management Minimum of 5 years experience in running an Enterprise Delivery Organization of 100+ engineers in BFSI sector Team Management abilities Experience in the banking industry is a plus Roles & Responsibilities · Responsible for implementing Vision suite of multiple products, oversee multiple projects with strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables. · Identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive efficiency in service delivery · Recommending methods of improving the processes and seeing that actions are implemented on time to deliver a wow experience · Analyze customer’s requirement, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals · SPOC and accountable for the service delivery of the business unit · Adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions. Also think critically and make decisions quickly to address service-related challenges · Ensure that the team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence and building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders · Excellent leadership qualities to guide and motivate their team members who include the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork. · Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies can be valuable in understanding the service delivery landscape and effectively communicate with technical teams. · Ensuring all customer SLA’s and Project Timelines are met. · To ensure the teams are following and complying with the Infosec and other mandatory IT practices and standards. Key Competencies and Skills · Excellent knowledge in Banking / BFSI domain · Understanding of agile, scrum, and related project management frameworks, implementation process and techniques · Understanding of design thinking, product management, SDLC, Implementation release plan process · Good technical understanding and experience · Extensive background in managing and delivering complex projects throughout the agile lifecycle · Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe · Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control · Worked on tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets to manage the project deliveries · Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams · In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery · Experience in providing accurate and regular reports to the management on the performance of the service delivery. · Experience of process management or ownership is preferred. · Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups Personal Attributes · Honesty and Integrity · Accountability towards the work owned · Deliver WOW experience in every human interaction · Problem-solving. · Leadership and management. · Communication and collaboration. · Business acumen.
