Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP Conti to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall dining experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand and menu offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
