Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in the Indian Curry department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and experience working with various cuisines, particularly Indian food.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh and innovative.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely, meeting quality control standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Indian Curry or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as cookers, mixers, and utensils.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
