Role Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Retail Merchandising function.
Track and analyze
sales, stock, and sell-through performance
across stores, categories, and SKUs.
Support the team with
data insights
on product performance, pricing, and inventory planning.
Coordinate with the
Retail, Planning, and Supply Chain teams
for data validation and updates.
Automate recurring reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
Highlight key trends, deviations, and actionable insights for management reviews.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data and reports shared with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience
in MIS, preferably in retail or merchandising.
Strong command over
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards)
.
Experience with
Power BI / Tableau
or other BI tools is a plus.
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
