Role Overview

Data Mining Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Mine data from public and private sources related to healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, and digital workflow domains (US market focus).
• Identify company details, prospect information, email IDs, contact numbers, and other relevant business data.
• Clean, validate, and format data for CRM and internal systems.
• Initiate first-level communication with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or CRM tools to build initial rapport.
• Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for further discussions or demos.
• Maintain structured spreadsheets and reports for internal departments like Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Analyse competitor data, market trends, and industry updates to support the team.

Required Skills & Tools

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Basic knowledge of

  SQL

  for querying databases.
• Familiarity with

  Python (Pandas, Beautiful Soup, Selenium)

  for web scraping and data processing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with

  web scraping tools

  (Parse Hub, Octo parse, Scrapy, etc.) – plus point.
• Experience using

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Rocket Reach

  , etc., for lead generation and data sourcing.
• Knowledge of

  CRM platforms

  like HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to initiate professional conversations with US-based clients.
• Ability to build initial trust and rapport with clients before handing over to the sales team.
• Time management, multitasking, and willingness to work

  night shifts (US time zone).

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• 0–2 years

  of experience in data mining, data analysis, lead generation, or research roles.
