As an Analyst / Senior Analyst within the Digital Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the broader Digital Analytics function. This position is designed to optimise digital platforms, uncover new marketing opportunities through audience analysis, and support reporting initiatives. The role is ideal for individuals with a logical mindset and a strong business orientation, offering significant development opportunities and exposure to advanced analytical techniques.

What you will do

• Optimise digital journeys across websites and apps by analysing drop-off rates, bounce rates, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify underutilised opportunities within data warehouses and marketing channels, collaborating with marketing tech leads and channel owners to develop execution plans.
• Manage online tagging change processes and track associated benefits.
• Conduct audits and maintain scheduled reporting queues using best practices.
• Resolve problems through factual analysis and provide timely, data-backed recommendations.
• Use digital tools to proactively drive online sales and service KPIs.
• Create and analyse workspaces using Adobe Analytics to enhance customer experience.
• Develop use cases for digital asset optimisation and implement them via Adobe Target.
• Build machine learning models using digital data to predict user behaviour.
• Produce weekly forecasts aligned with financial targets across PAYM, PAYG, and HBB segments.
• Conduct pre- and post-targeting accuracy checks to refine future modelling.
• Present trends and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What skills you need

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, or an MBA from a premier institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital analytics domain.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and SQL for data extraction from platforms like Teradata.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and data science for predictive modelling.
• Experience with analytics tools such as R, Python, Report Builder, Tealium, Medallia, and Survey platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage business leads.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous.
• Degree-level education or equivalent with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
