Power BI Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hybrid (Seawoods, Navi Mumbai)

Job Summary:

Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI
.
Write efficient and scalable
DAX measures
for complex calculations and business logic.
Perform deep-dive
KPI-level analysis
to identify performance trends and business drivers.
Handle
granular-level data (e.g., order/item level)
and roll up metrics to customer, product, or category levels.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and model integrity.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
Work with business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver insightful visualizations.
Assist in troubleshooting data and report issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of experience dedicated to
Power BI development
.
Strong command of
DAX
and
Power Query (M language)
.
Proven experience in building
complex calculated measures
and
hierarchical aggregations
(e.g., order → customer → region).
Hands-on experience with
KPI tracking
, drill-down analysis, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of
data modeling principles
(star schema, snowflake, relationships).
Experience in handling large datasets and performance tuning of reports.
Basic understanding of
SQL
and working with relational databases.
