Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy MIS Coordinator & Data Analyst to oversee the management of real estate systems and provide actionable business insights from data. This hybrid role combines system coordination (CRM, listing platforms, data accuracy) with analytical reporting (sales trends, market analysis, lead conversion metrics). You will support operations, sales, and strategy teams with timely data and systems reliability.

Key Responsibilities: MIS Coordination:

• Manage CRM platforms and ensure property and client data is up to date.
• Coordinate listing data feeds across portals .
• Maintain databases of property listings, client information, and transactions.
• Provide technical support and system training to agents and staff.
• Ensure backups, user access controls, and data security measures are in place.
• Work with vendors or IT teams on system enhancements or troubleshooting.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and clean data from internal systems and external real estate sources.
• Analyze trends in sales, pricing, agent performance, and customer behavior.
• Generate dashboards and reports for executives, sales teams, and marketing.
• Conduct ROI analysis for property investments and development projects.
• Forecast property demand, pricing movements, and market opportunities.
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or similar roles — ideally in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of real estate metrics (e.g., CAP rate, occupancy rate, Days on Market).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with real estate ERP tools .
• Knowledge of marketing analytics or campaign performance tracking.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to real estate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
