Job Title:

Data Analyst Intern – Sales & Operations

Location:

Navi Mumbai - Turbhe

About The Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern with strong data cleaning and advanced Excel skills. The role will primarily focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of sales and operations data. You will work closely with regional and functional SPOCs to validate incoming data, maintain tracking sheets, and support the team with reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks across sales, operations, and logistics datasets.
Maintain, update, and audit Excel and Google Sheets trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) to organize, analyze, and troubleshoot data issues.
Coordinate with internal SPOCs to collect missing data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely data availability.
Build pivot tables, charts, and summary reports for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Support creation of operational dashboards and KPI trackers.
Assist in ad-hoc data-related requests and provide insights to the management team.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed): Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets — advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and data structuring.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing management presentations.
Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, and commitment to data accuracy.
Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
(Preferred) Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio / Power BI / Tableau.

Stipend / Duration

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate
