Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
• Develop advanced Excel models using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and Power Query.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights from data.
• Create automated reporting solutions and maintain existing dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver meaningful analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and determine root causes of performance issues.
• Present findings, recommendations, and visuals to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, Power Query)
• Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design)
• Looker Studio (report creation, blending data, custom visuals)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL concepts and data cleaning techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis (optional).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Familiarity with project management or BI tools (Jira, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with business forecasting, KPI development, or statistical analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
