Job Description

Job Title: AI/ML – Data Analyst

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Remote (2 days in a month at Client Location)

Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented AI/ML Data Analyst with a strong background in data management, governance, and healthcare analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating actionable insights, and contributing to AI/ML initiatives that drive healthcare innovation and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Governance:
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HEDIS, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform detailed data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Analytics:
  • Translate complex business questions into clear analytic requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver insights that support strategic goals.
  • Leverage AI/ML techniques and statistical models to uncover trends and predictive insights.
  • Support data integration and automation initiatives across systems and platforms.
  • Healthcare-Focused Analytics:
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting, value-based care metrics, and clinical performance benchmarking.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
  • Work with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA to streamline interoperability.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying, cleaning, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities — able to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Experience with HEDIS, clinical interventions, and regulatory frameworks in healthcare.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows and familiarity with model development or deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working with Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP, or AI-based data enrichment.
  • Knowledge of data governance tools and best practices.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills within cross-functional teams.
