Key Responsibilities:
- Key member of a team of developers for development and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including MS Dynamics integrations with other Enterprise applications.
- Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an Agile delivery model.
Skill Requirements:
- BE/ME/MCA with 5+ years in IT Industry
- 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics implementation (Online is preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e., Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life cycle)
- Strong coding and debugging skills which include customization of entities, Plug-in development, custom and OOB workflows, Ribbon Workbench, Form Customizations, SSRS and security configurations.
- Utilize C# .NET as needed in support of the Dynamics solution.
- Strong coding skills in front-end languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, and HTML etc.
- Hands-on experience in D365 integration with third-party systems utilizing both SOAP and REST API.
- Experience working in both Microsoft Partner and Customer Portals, liquid js.
- Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio and DevOps to develop and maintain code bases including branching, merging and code builds.
- Strong coding and customization experience on Azure solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, Webhook, API Management, Cloud Services Storage) must related to the MS Dynamics implementations.
- Microsoft's CRM Certification is strongly desired.
- Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Canvas App and Model Driven Apps.
- Good to have knowledge in React js, PCF Controls.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their interaction with business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way and able to take ownership of work.
- Ability to work in offshore / onsite and Vendor model effectively and independently.
