As a key member of the development team at Lexmark, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions. Your role will involve providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions, specifically focusing on MS Dynamics integrations with other Enterprise applications. You will participate in all phases of the system lifecycle, including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support, following an Agile delivery model. With a BE/ME/MCA degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics implementation, with a preference for working with the Online version. Your expertise should encompass a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts and a proven track record of MS Dynamics CRM implementation lifecycle. Strong coding and debugging skills are essential, including customization of entities, Plug-in development, custom and out-of-the-box workflows, Ribbon Workbench, Form Customizations, SSRS, and security configurations. In addition to utilizing C# .NET, you should possess strong coding skills in front-end languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, and HTML. Hands-on experience in integrating D365 with third-party systems through SOAP and REST APIs is required, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Partner and Customer Portals, liquid js, Microsoft Visual Studio, and DevOps for code development and maintenance. Experience in Azure solutions like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, Webhook, API Management, and Cloud Services Storage related to MS Dynamics implementations is crucial. Ideally, you should hold Microsoft's CRM Certification and have exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Canvas App, and Model Driven Apps. Knowledge in React js and PCF Controls would be advantageous. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and take ownership of your work. The ability to work effectively in offshore/onsite and vendor models is necessary.
