Data Consultant Dynamics 365 & Azure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on delivering robust data solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft Business Applications platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Business Applications including

  Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Microsoft Fabric

  . 
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Microsoft Fabric. 
• Collaborate with architecture teams to build and optimise Data Warehouses and analytical models leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Synapse. 
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and MSBuild. 
• Utilise SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), SqlPackage, and Visual Studio for solution lifecycle management. 
• Develop and publish reports and dashboards using Power BI integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. 
• Use IDEs such as Visual Studio and VSCode for development and debugging 
• Ensure data integrity and performance across platforms including Dataverse, Azure SQL, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions. 

Platforms and Tools

Platforms: Dataverse, Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Microsoft Fabric. 
Reporting Tools: Power BI. DevOps & SDLC Tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, MSBuild, SqlPackage. IDEs: Visual Studio, VSCode.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in database development within Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystems. 
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design and implementation. 
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices including pipelines, Git, and continuous delivery. 
• Proficiency in SDLC tools: Azure DevOps, MSBuild, SqlPackage. 
• Expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI. 
• Deep knowledge of platforms: Dataverse, Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Microsoft Fabric. 
• Familiarity with development environments: Visual Studio and VSCode. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in building and optimising data warehouses and reporting solutions.
