Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3500000 (ie INR 15-35 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize D365 CE/CRM modules using best practices and Microsoft standards
• Create and maintain custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and other extensions
• Build and manage integrations using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other cloud-native services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes for D365 environments
• Ensure solution performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to architectural guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across D365, Azure integrations, and associated services
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment notes
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members when needed
• Work closely with QA teams to support testing, performance validation, and integration scenarios
• Maintain security configurations, role-based access, and compliance standards within D365
• Participate in environment management, version upgrades, and release planning cycles
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, including deep expertise in plugins, workflows, scripts, and form customizations
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in API integration and Azure cloud services, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise integrations
• You have hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated build and release processes
• You are comfortable working with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern integration patterns
• You approach technical challenges with a problem solver's mindset, ensuring both functionality and performance are optimized
• You collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into practical solutions
• You maintain a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail—ensuring every solution is stable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
• You stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies, emerging D365 capabilities, and best practices in cloud development
