Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions Responsibilities: . Development on Power platform for Enhancements . Incident Management for issues to be reported . Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3) . Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents . Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary . Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization . Update incident management tool with required details . Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required . Work on Change requests during idle time . Criteria Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying CRM solutions, with a significant focus on model-driven apps. Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and deploying model-driven apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. Strong coding skills in JavaScript and C# for developing plugins, web resources, and workflows. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Power Automate flows for automation and integration. Collaboration & Problem Solving: Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills across applications and integrations. Experience with integration and migration-related tasks.

Role & responsibilities CRM Expertise: Proven expertise in the development of MS Dynamics 365 (specifically on D365 for Sales), with experience in: • Integrating Microsoft D365 CRM with external data sources, both on-premise and other clouds (AWS and GCP). • Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, Security Rules. • Customization, Views, Forms in CRM. • Expertise in enterprise distribution of the Microsoft Dynamics Apps such as D365 App for Outlook and Sales Copilot. Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365. Key skills include CRM customization, Power Platform proficiency, cloud technology expertise, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business outcomes through innovation and collaboration.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 4-6 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. • Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas App, SharePoint forms) with a minimum skill level of 3/5. • Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI with a minimum skill level of 3/5. • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence with a minimum skill level of 3/5. • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and customization.
