Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer with strong expertise in Model-Driven Apps and Unified Client Interface (UCI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 applications and implementing business logic using client-side and server-side components. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using Model-Driven Apps and UCI capabilities . Customize forms, views, and entities using Client API (JavaScript) and form scripting . Manage security roles, business units, and teams to control data access and user permissions. Develop and deploy Plugins, Custom Actions, Custom APIs , and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls . Leverage Dynamics Web API for integrations and custom development. Understand and utilize JSON-based data structures for data handling and integration. Perform solution management , including exporting/importing solutions, managing components, and deploying managed/unmanaged solutions across environments. Apply source code management best practices for version control and team collaboration. Preferred Skills : Experience with Azure DevOps for ALM and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps. Knowledge of Azure Functions or Logic Apps for extended integrations.
