Role Overview:

Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to travel bookings, expense submissions, and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, and Finance) for faster resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in CRM/ticketing tools.
• Identify customer needs and proactively

  recommend upgrades, add-ons, or higher plans

  that enhance their experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success through consistent engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  Customer Support

  or

  T&E (Travel & Expense)

  domain.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in

  upselling, account handling, or client success

  is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and driven to exceed customer expectations.
