Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales position focusing on the US market (8 PM to 5 AM IST). The role is based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including project coordination, analytical tasks, customer service, effective communication, and sales activities. The representative will need to engage with potential customers, present product features, and help boost sales.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in Outbound lead generation for US and Canada.
• Knowledge of US geographic regions.
• Project Coordination and Analytical Skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills with a focus on the US market
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (New Delhi-based with some work from home)
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
