We're Hiring: Field Sales Representative Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA + ESOPs Company: ProXpense – AI-powered Travel & Expense Management Platform Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, providing feedback to the management team, and representing ProXpense at industry events and conferences. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, field sales, or a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus What we are looking for ? 2–4 years of hardcore field sales experience (SaaS/B2B preferred) Ability to close Mid and High Value annual deals Strong presence, communication, and objection handling skills Someone who understands the urgency of startup execution Why Join Us?
