Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with doctors, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Market Penetration : Identify new opportunities in the healthcare sector, particularly with doctors, expanding market presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad regions. Sales Strategy Execution : Collaborate with the sales team to implement field sales strategies and achieve targets, focusing on sales growth and customer retention. Product Knowledge & Presentation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and services, presenting them effectively to doctors to drive sales. Reporting & Feedback : Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to the management team to ensure effective decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Minimum of 1 year of hard-core field sales experience in Pharma Sales, HealthTech, Healthcare, or Health Insurance. Education : Minimum graduate; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with doctors and healthcare professionals. Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets while managing time effectively in a field environment. Location Flexibility : Willing to travel extensively within Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. Gender Preference : Male (preferred).
