Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Customer Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Serve as the key point of contact for international clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate daily with the warehouse on order picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
• Communicate shipping status and logistics details to clients, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
• Prepare order documentation, invoices, and shipping records as required.
• Monitor supply chain workflows and proactively flag potential delays or issues.
• Develop strong relationships with overseas clients by providing reliable support and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of customer support or order management experience (experience with international clients is a plus).
• Strong coordination skills to manage both warehouse operations and client communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with overseas clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, managing fast-paced order and logistics requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
