Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Assistant located in Marmagao. The Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, troubleshooting internet connectivity problems, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
