Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle email communication with clients promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare, draft, and respond to client emails with accurate information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain records, and update internal systems.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for follow-ups, updates, and support.
  • Maintain customer interaction logs and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure communication is clear, polite, and aligned with company standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Prior experience in customer support or data entry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
