Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Customer Support Assistant to manage order processing, coordinate with our warehouse team, and handle client communications—primarily with overseas customers. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Serve as the key point of contact for international clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly. Coordinate daily with the warehouse on order picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch schedules. Communicate shipping status and logistics details to clients, ensuring transparency and professionalism. Prepare order documentation, invoices, and shipping records as required. Monitor supply chain workflows and proactively flag potential delays or issues. Develop strong relationships with overseas clients by providing reliable support and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of customer support or order management experience (experience with international clients is a plus). Strong coordination skills to manage both warehouse operations and client communication. Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with overseas clients. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems preferred. Ability to work on-site, managing fast-paced order and logistics requirements.
