Customer Support Assistant

As a Customer Support Assistant at WSCS India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing, coordinating with the warehouse team, and handling client communications primarily with overseas customers. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work closely with multiple teams will ensure seamless supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry to delivery, ensuring timely execution. - Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly. - Coordinate daily with the warehouse on order picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch schedules. - Communicate shipping status and logistics details to clients professionally and transparently. - Prepare order documentation, invoices, and shipping records as required. - Proactively monitor supply chain workflows, flag potential delays or issues, and develop strong relationships with overseas clients. - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, generate reports for management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related discipline. - 1-3 years of customer support or order management experience (experience with international clients is a plus). - Strong coordination skills for managing warehouse operations and client communication. - Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with overseas clients. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems preferred. - Ability to work on-site, handling fast-paced order and logistics requirements. - Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
