Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at our company, your role will involve engaging with customers post-purchase to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption. You will be responsible for driving product usage, as well as upselling and cross-selling within accounts. Building strong customer relationships to prevent churn and acting as a customer advocate to gather feedback for continuous improvement will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate renewals and manage license/billing details in the CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance will be essential, along with driving CSAT, NPS, customer referrals, testimonials, and event participation. - 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management for IT/SaaS products is required. - Experience working with international clients from the US/UK while being based in India is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM/ERP ecosystems is important. - Possessing excellent English communication, presentation, and email writing skills is necessary. - Proven success in managing renewals, upselling, and customer engagement programs will be advantageous for this position.
