GobbleCube is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to drive seamless request fulfilment for our customers. As our Customer Success Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure flawless execution of customers' requests. This is a fast-paced, operationally focused role where you'll be the go-to person for gathering customer requirements and driving them to resolution. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows and ensure we consistently meet our SLAs.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at problem-solving using a data-first approach.
Partner with assigned Customer Success Managers to handle all customer request fulfilment
Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering detailed customer requests and translating them into precise, actionable project requirements for internal teams.
Coordinate closely with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to deliver custom requests within agreed SLAs, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows to analyse trends, flag recurring requests, and collaborate with internal teams for systemic resolution.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and support documentation to streamline operations and improve self-service adoption.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to help prioritise product enhancements and service improvements.
1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or technical support roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms), project tracking tools and CRM systems
Proven track record in handling customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for using data to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with basic knowledge of SQL
Technical background or familiarity with data analytics concepts
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
Track record of improving operational efficiency through automation
