Role Overview

As a Product Manager at GobbleCube, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. 

You will own the design and rollout of new product features that deliver sharper, actionable insights for 

clients, while ensuring scalability and efficiency.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — from understanding user 

personas and pain points to building features that improve adoption and reduce time-to-value (TTV). You 

will collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to create systems and tools that not 

only reduce manual effort but also enhance the overall client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and delivery of value-driven product features that address client needs and 

improve adoption.

  • Ensure GobbleCube’s systems remain scalable and accurate as new platforms, and markets are 

added.

  • Lead onboarding of new platforms, enabling expansion into new segments with minimal friction.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design, test, and iterate on features that simplify workflows and 

enhance usability.

  • Translate client insights and user personas into clear product requirements and a prioritised 

roadmap.

  • Define and monitor product success metrics (accuracy, adoption, turnaround times), and 

communicate insights to leadership to guide roadmap decisions.

  • Establish documentation and playbooks to support adoption by internal teams and clients.
  • Continuously identify gaps, anticipate client needs, and propose improvements that drive long-

term product value and client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management within e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable product solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into 

actionable product strategies.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and D2C business dynamics, with an understanding of diverse 

user personas.

  • Experience in defining, prioritising, and communicating a clear product roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-

functional collaboration.

  • A mindset for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and balancing automation with 

human oversight.
