Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with Tech, Credit, and Ops teams for feature development and implementation.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify process improvement areas.
Support UAT, API testing, and documentation of product releases.
Track product performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
Work on UI/UX improvements and user feedback collection.

Assist in creating FAQs, SOPs, and training material for field teams

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
12 years of experience in Product / FinTech / NBFC domain.
Good understanding of digital lending and customer journeys.
Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, BI and basic tech documentation
