iFlow is hiring for Business Analyst- UAM The User Access Management (UAM) Lead plays a critical role in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to HR IT systems and services across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end User Access Management lifecycle by aligning with control design protocols and information risk standards. The UAM Lead collaborates closely with internal IT and HR stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors, to deliver seamless access provisioning, process optimization, and automation initiatives. By driving continuous improvement and ensuring consistent application of global process standards, the UAM Lead supports broader goals of operational excellence, data privacy, and digital transformation. Principal Accountabilities: Manage end-to-end User Access Requests and Provisioning in alignment with security and compliance protocols. Host daily and weekly team calls to review, prioritize, and update on pending activities and access-related tasks. Engage proactively with Project focal points to address queries and facilitate discussions related to access needs. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of access provisioning requirements. Monitor and ensure all issues and email requests are actioned promptly and efficiently. Ensure Data Privacy (DP) checks are completed and adhered to by all requesters before access provisioning. Plan and manage access requirements for upcoming testing phases and project activities, ensuring readiness in advance. Collaborate with the Process Team Security AFP to maintain and update the Role Catalogue. Maintain and regularly update the User Access Request Form (UARF) and User Access Management (UAM) tracker. Oversee the creation and validation of the EVP Report for tracking Unique User Logins. Review and coordinate access requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards. Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Domain Expertise: o Deep knowledge of HR Security Management and User Access Management, with a strong grasp of HR Operating Model, HR Process Governance, and HR Operations. HR Delivery & Compliance: o Solid understanding of HR Delivery Models, compliance frameworks, and industry-standard tools used in HR operations. Stakeholder Management: o Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders with empathetic, purposeful, and effective communication. o Skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes. Process & Automation Skills: o Proficient in process automation, continuous improvement, and design thinking methodologies. o Ideally certified in ITIL or Lean Practitioner, with exposure to both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: o Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and act on data, enabling simplification of end-to-end customer experiences. o Capable of distinguishing between process vs. system issues, identifying value drivers, and translating them into actionable business requirements or use cases.
